How ordering, delivery and documentation work. If your question isn't here, ask us directly — we answer technical questions before you commit to an order.
- What is the minimum order quantity?
- It depends on the product. Bulk commodities such as acids and alkalis are typically supplied by the drum or tonne, while specialty items can often be released in smaller pack sizes. Send us your requirement and we will confirm what is practical.
- Which countries do you supply?
- We supply across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, South Sudan, Somalia, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Zambia. Our cross-border logistics partners handle documentation and transport to your delivery point.
- Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
- Yes. We regularly deliver to manufacturers across Kenya, including Mombasa, Kisumu and Nakuru, and arrange transport to neighbouring East African markets. Delivery cost and lead time are quoted with your order.
- Can you supply a certificate of analysis?
- Yes. A certificate of analysis and safety data sheet can be issued for supplied batches. Ask for these when you request your quotation so the correct documentation is prepared in advance.
- How do I get a price?
- Call or WhatsApp us, or send an email listing the product, grade, quantity and delivery point. Quotes are normally turned around within one business day.
- Do you supply food and pharmaceutical grades?
- Yes. Several products are available in food or pharmaceutical grade. Specify the grade you need when enquiring, as pricing and lead times differ from technical grade.
- How should these products be stored?
- Storage requirements vary by product and are set out in the safety data sheet. As a general rule, keep containers sealed, in a cool dry area with adequate ventilation, and separate incompatible materials such as acids and oxidisers.
- Do you handle bulk or contract supply?
- Yes. For customers with recurring volumes we can set up scheduled deliveries and hold agreed stock. Talk to us about your annual requirement and we will structure the supply around it.
